You can have as many Refer Me PRO forms as you like, but they must all be on one
site. So for example, if your home page is at:
http://www.geocities.com/mysite/index.html
... your domain would be:
geocities.com/mysite
... so you could then have a Refer Me PRO form on any page on your site,
as long as it has geocities.com/mysite in the URL.
